Berry Zingy Muffins


I absolutely love citrus and these muffins pack a decent lemony punch. Moist and zingy with a bit of raspberry tang.


These muffins are a great source of quality fats including medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) which, compared to long-chain fatty acids, digest much differently.

MCTs have been shown to be a good source of energy and contain antimicrobial properties. Keep in mind it is a saturated fat and excessive consumption of any food, regardless of health benefits (and how delicious they are), is not good for our health.


These muffins are super nourishing and a treat for the taste buds. Containing real ingredients that will keep the body satiated. They are gluten free, grain free, nut free, dairy free, soy free, vegetarian and low in lectins. As always I offer substitutes for those who are sensitive to certain foods or like to try a bit of variety in flavours.


I have always been drawn to citrus over chocolate. Anything with lemon is a winner for me! Do you like citrus sweets?
